Bus Allocation:

Students are not permitted to change buses under any circumstances without prior permission. If a change is necessary (e.g., visiting friends or relatives), a permission letter from the parent must be submitted.

Any changes in residential address or bus stop should be immediately communicated to the school.

Bus Charges:

Bus points will be allocated based on availability. Students wishing to avail the school transport facility mid-session will be required to pay bus charges for the entire session.

Care of School Property:

Students are responsible for the care and preservation of school property while on the bus.

Any damage, disfigurement, or destruction of school property, including cushions, covers, curtains, or fittings, will result in the cost being recovered from the parents of the student(s) involved.

Discipline on the Bus:

Indiscipline on the bus will not be tolerated. Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the school and bus staff.

Instances of misbehavior may result in the student being barred from traveling on the bus or even discontinuation of transport services.

Late Fee Charges:

Late Fee Charges: A late fee charge of Rs. 50/- per day will be levied from the due date up to one month.

Consequences of Non-payment: If the dues remain uncleared even after one month from the due date, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.

Readmission Procedure:

Readmission may be allowed at the discretion of the Principal, only after payment of all dues including late fees, along with 50% of the normal admission fee. Additionally, readmission is subject to the availability of a seat in the respective class.
